Bringing the Brand to Life Online
Before a single customer could interact with the Wellness Agent, BSLN needed a digital home worthy of the brand they're building. NeuroCore worked side by side with the BSLN marketing team to bring that vision to the web.
The site reflects everything BSLN stands for. Premium, purposeful, and built for a specific kind of person. Clean dark aesthetics, bold typography, and a design language that feels more like a performance lab than a supplement store. We built it to tell a story about who BSLN is, what they make, who they serve, and why their approach is different. The goal was to make sure that a service member visiting the site, or an athlete who's tired of being sold products that don't work, immediately feels like this brand was made for them. Because it was.
Getting that right took real collaboration. The marketing team brought the vision and the audience knowledge. We brought the technical execution and the experience of building digital products that convert. The result is something both teams are proud of.
A Different Kind of Wellness Experience
Once someone lands on the site, they're invited to do something most supplement brands never ask. Actually talk about their health.
BSLN's philosophy has always been Test, Map, Stack, Track. Understand your body first, then build your protocol. The Wellness Agent is how that philosophy comes to life digitally. We built it in close collaboration with the BSLN nutrition team, who brought deep expertise about what actually matters when building an effective supplement plan. They knew exactly what questions needed to be asked, in what order, and why each answer mattered for the recommendation on the other end.
What we built together is a conversational health assessment that feels nothing like filling out a form. The agent introduces itself, learns your name, and walks you through a genuine conversation about your life. How you sleep, how you eat, how you train, how you manage stress, what your health history looks like, and what you're actually trying to accomplish. It asks one question at a time, listens to the answer, and responds the way a knowledgeable health coach would. Warm, thoughtful, and without judgment.
The agent covers everything the nutrition team needs to make a real recommendation. Sleep quality and recovery, hydration and mineral intake, meal patterns, movement and training load, stress, current conditions and medications, recent lab work, and most importantly what the customer is actually trying to change about their health and why.
The whole assessment takes about five minutes. There's no submit button, no account to create, and no information lost if you need to step away and come back.
From Conversation to Personalized Bundle
Every answer the customer gives is used to build a personalized wellness profile in real time. By the time the conversation wraps up, the agent has everything it needs to do something no supplement aisle ever could. It recommends a specific BSLN bundle matched to that individual's actual needs, based on what they shared about their body and goals.
That recommendation lands in the customer's inbox along with a daily schedule. Not just a list of products, but a structured plan for when to take what, how it fits into their routine, and what they should expect as they get started. The BSLN nutrition team put real thought into the protocol logic behind those recommendations, and the agent delivers it in a format that's easy to follow.
A customer who finishes the assessment doesn't just have a cart. They have a plan. That's a fundamentally different relationship with a wellness brand.
What We're Building Next
The Wellness Agent is the first chapter of a much bigger technology story for BSLN, and NeuroCore is in it for the long run.
BSLN's roadmap includes non-invasive biometric testing through facial analysis, voice biomarkers, and a NeuroWave scan that together generate a Baseline Snapshot in minutes with no blood draw required. As that capability rolls out, the AI agent becomes the layer that connects those biometric results to personalized protocols, turning raw readings into a recommendation the customer can act on.
BSLN is also building connected clinics on and near military bases, bringing the precision health experience in person to the communities they serve most. We're designing the technology to support kiosk experiences, assisted assessments, and on-site product access, all running on the same platform as the web experience.
Over time, the health data customers share today becomes the foundation for a more sophisticated recommendation engine that tracks how biomarkers shift as customers follow their BSLN plan and refines recommendations based on what's actually working. A one-time purchase becomes an ongoing health relationship.
