What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company, role, the engagement details you describe, and your consent to be contacted. That data is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms, our form relay, and forwarded to steve@neurocoretech.com.
We don't use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools on this site. Standard web server logs may record IP addresses and request metadata for short periods as part of normal operation and abuse mitigation.
How we use it
- To reply to your project inquiry.
- To follow up about the engagement if it moves forward.
- To improve our intake process based on the kinds of questions clients ask.
We do not use your data for marketing automation, scoring, or list rentals.
Who we share with
No one we don't have to. The only third party that touches your form submission is Web3Forms (the relay). If we move to a paid engagement, we may share information with subcontractors under a written agreement, and only the data they need to do their work.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't turn into engagements: 24 months, then deleted. Active client communications: retained per the engagement agreement, typically 7 years for accounting and audit purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing steve@neurocoretech.com. We'll reply within one business day.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies may be used for form CSRF protection or session continuity, and they are not used to identify you across sites.
